Seattle-based PopCap Games reported today that its iPhone and iPod version of its Plants vs. Zombies game sold more than 300,000 units in its first nine days of availability, which it says was a record for an App Store launch. The firm said that it has grossed more than $1.0M in sales for the title. Plants vs. Zombies costs $2.99 on the Apple App Store. PopCap also said its Bejeweled 2 title has had 3 million downloads.
