Mentor Names VP

Wilsonville, Oregon-based Mentor Graphics said Thursday that it has named Serge Leef as Vice President of New Ventures. Leef was most recently the firm's General Manager of its System Level Engineering division. Mentor said that Leef will head up efforts to move into markets adjacent to electronic design automation. Leef joined Mentor in 1990.
