nGenera CIM Claims Strong Growth, Signs Skype
Bellevue-based nGenera Customer Interaction Management (CIM), a developer of email automation and customer support software, is claming this morning that it had "strong" financial results in 2009, and has signed on voice-over-IP firm Skype as a client. The privately held firm, which is a division of nGenera, did not disclose actual financial details of its 2009 results, or any other details to bolster its claim. nGenera CIM was formerly Talisma, and was acquired by nGenera in 2008. nGenera CIM said it was profitable, and signed more than 70 new customers in 2009.
