StepChange Acquired By Powered

Portland-based social media firm StepChange Group has been acquired by Powered, as part of a rollup deal along with social media agencies Drillteam and Crayon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. StepChange said the firm will remain in Portland, and continue to maintain its name, offices, and team. The firm also said it is hiring in Portland.
