Integra Telecom Swizzles Board
Portland-based Integra Telecom is swizzling its board after last month's debt restructuring, saying Thursday that it has added seven new directors to the board after the effort. Integra Telecom said it has added Lawrence T. Babbio, Jr. of Warburg Pincus; Tom Casey, Current Group LLC; Kenneth Dunn, John Bean technologies; Robert Guth, Level 3; Michael Leitner, Tennenbaum Capital Partners; Kevin O'Hara, Level 3; Dudlet Slater, co-founder and CEO of Integra Telecom; Paul Sunu, Hargray Communications; and Gene Yoon, of Goldman Sachs, to the board. Integra reduced its debt from $1.3B to $600M in the major restructuring last month, which involved Goldman, Sachs & Co., Tennenbaum Capital Partners, and funds managed by Farallon Capital Management LLC.
