Integra Telecom Completes Restructuring
Portland-based Integra Telecom, a provider of telecommunications services for businesses, said Friday that it has completed its restructuring of its balance sheet. The firm said the deal makes Goldman, Sachs & Co., Tennenbaum Capital Partners, and funds managed by Farallon Capital Management LLC as new major shareholders in the firm. The restructuring reduced the firm's debt from $1.3 billion to $600M. INtegra was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP and FTI Capital Advisors LLC in the restructuring.
