DocuSign Gets Investment
Seattle-based DocuSign, a developer of electronic signature software, said today that it has scored a strategic investment from Second Century Ventures. Amount of the investment was not disclosed. Second Century Investors is the venture capital fund of the National Association of REALTORS. Dale A. Stinton, the National Assocation of REALTORS CEO, has joined DocuSign's board along with the funding. DocuSign has previously raised funding from Frazier Technology Ventures, Ignition Partners, Second Century Ventures, Sigma Partners, and WestRiver Capital. More information »
