Magic The Gathering Announced For PC, PS3

Renton-based Wizards of the Coast, a board game developer owned by Hasbro, is in a deal with Sony Online Entertainment to develop PC and Playstation 3 versions of a Magic: The Gathering title. According to Sony and Wizards of the Coast, they are developing Magic: The Gathering - Tactics, scheduled to be available for PCS in early 2010, with a version for the PS3 following. The new title will be an online, 3D, turn-based strategy game, and allow for player-to-player online tournament gaming. The firms said that Sony Online Entertainment's Denver studio will be developing the game.
