RF Arrays Gains $6.5M

Portland-based RF Arrays, a developer of semiconductors for the RF and Zigbee markets, has raised $6.5M in an equity funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm Monday. Source of the new funding was not announced. The firm is backed by New Science Ventures, and has major operations in Nagpur India with corporate offices in Portland. More information »
