Clearwire Shuffles Exec Staff

Kirkland-based Clearwire has made some big executive changes this morning, saying that it has hired Erik Prusch as the firm's Chief Financial Officer, and Teresa Elder as the firm's President of Strategic Partnerships and Wholesale. Prusch joins from Borland Software, where he was President and CEO. He also has served at Intuit, Identix, Gateway Computers, Touche Ross, and PepsiCo. Elder joins from Vodafone, Ireland, where she was CEO; she was also at AT&T Broadband, and MediaOne Group. Prusch replaces David Sach, who the firm says is leaving to "pursue new opportunities." Scott Richardson, who was Clearwire's Chief Strategy Officer, is also leaving the firm, but will serve as a strategic advisor.
