Smarsh Upgrades Encrypted Email Product
Portland-based Smarsh, a provider of email archiving services, announced today that it has upgraded its encrypted email offering, smarshEncrypt. According to the firm, version 2.0 of the software now includes a data-leak prevention engine, to make sure that emails sent out of the system meet corporate policies; automatic encryption of email messages based on recipient, specific content, or attachments; and secure reading and reply to messages through the Smarsh system.
