Delve, Akamai Target BrightCove

Seattle-based Delve Networks and CDN Akamai said Friday that the two are in a strategic relationship, specifically aimed at unseating Brightcove. According to the two, they will work together to provide an online video platform to Internet video publishers, which will allow those publishers to upload, encode, manage, and syndicate that data. Financial details of the collaboration were not disclosed.
