InFocus Merger Completes
Wilsonville, Oregon-based InFocus, a manufacturer of projection displays, has been acquired by Image Holdings Corporation, an acquisition firm owned by eMachines co-founder John Hui. According to Image Holdings, the merger completed today, taking InFocus private. The deal, which was first announced in April, was worth $39M. The sale comes a little more than a week after InFocus reported that a second, alternate offer to buy the company had been rejected.
