Report: Intelius Acquires Spock

Bellevue-based background check service provider Intelius has acquired Silicon Valley people search firm Spock, according to reports. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Intelius is the background check and people search firm run by Naveen Jain. Spock was venture backed by Clearstone Venture Partners and Opus Capital Ventures. VentureBeat first confirmed the deal.
