Symform Raises $1.5M
Seattle-based Symform, a provider of cloud computing software, announced today that it has raised $1.5M in a Series A financing. The round came from OVP Venture Partners. According to Symform, it is developing an enterprise-class, data storage service focused on SMBs. The product is aimed at managed service providers, and includes backup and disaster recovery. OVP's Mark Ashida and Lucinda Stewart join the company's board along with the funding. More information »
