Amazon Rolls Out Kindle for iPhone

Seattle-based Amazon.com said this morning that it has rolled out a free, iPhone application which will allow owners of the iPhone or iPod touch to read books and other titles from the firm. The application gives users access to all of the same titles as Amazon is offering through its Kindle book reader devices and through Amazon's Kindle store. Amazon also said that the application includes synchronization technology which saves bookmarks between the iPhone application, Kindle, Kindle 2, and iPod touch.
