V2Green Acquired By Gridpoint

Seattle-based V2Green, a provider of plug-in electric vehicle technology, has been acquired by Virginia-based GridPoint, GridPoint said Tuesday afternoon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to GridPoint, the acquisition comes as the company raised $120M in equity funding today. V2Green develops software used to control the flow of electricity between the grid and plug-in vehicles.
