Chockstone Announces New Product
Portland, Oregon-based Chockstone said this week that it has enhanced its offerings with a new application for enhancing loyalty at restaurants. Chockstone said that its new Meet & Greet loyalty application is targeted at helping restaurant operators enhance loyalty of its customers. The new app pulls up a full customer profile when a restaurant swipes a customer's card, allowing the restaurant to better personalize the experience for its customers. The program pulls up customer name, status rating, last visited date, menu preferences, and other information about a customer for restaurant staff. Chockstone provides technology to help increase customer loyalty at retailers.
