SNAPin Gets Win With Vodafone

Seattle-based SNAPin Software, which develops software for managing mobile phone service, said Thursday that Vodafone Group is in an agreement to deploy its SelfService software. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. SNAPin said that Vodafone will use its software to automatically resolve common problems with their mobile phones, directly from their handsets. SNAPin is venture backed by Frazier Technology Ventures, Hunt Ventures, Oak Investment Partners, and Trilogy Partners.
