Don't Blink Media Acquired By Dragon Media

Advertising services firm Dragon Media Online Inc. announced today that it has acquired Don't Blink Media Inc., a Seattle-based interactive advertising agency. DMO said the transaction officially closed on Dec. 11. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, however. Founded in 2005, Don't Blink Media provides online buying, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, business development management and channel marketing. Also founded in 2005, Dragon Media Online is headquartered in Oakland, Calif. The agency provides online marketing services through its three divisions: DMO Global, DMO Data Online and DMO Media Services.
