Amazon Acquires Blink

Seattle-based Amazon has acquired wireless camera maker Blink, Blink announced on Friday morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Blink, which was based in Massachusetts, says it will continue to operate under the Amazon umbrella selling and supporting its products. Blink had offered up wireless video home security cameras and monitoring systems, available for $99 with no subscription or contracts.
