Audio Precision Promotes Schmoldt to President
Audio Precision, a manufacturer of audio test instruments, reported Wednesday that it has promoted David Schmoldt as president. Schmoldt, who had served as the Beaverton, Ore.-based business' vice president and chief financial officer since 2001, replaces the late Alan Miksch, who died Nov. 30. Audio Precision said Schmoldt has also been appointed to its board of directors. He previously had acted as the board’s secretary and treasurer, the company noted. Before joining Audio Precision, Schmoldt spent 12 years at Tektronix.
