SEOmoz Closes VC Round

Seattle-based SEOmoz has closed its $1.1M venture capital round of funding. The firm, which provides search engine optimization, Internet marketing, and related services, received the funding from Ignition Partners and Curious Office Partners. SEOmoz's CEO, Rand Fishkin, said in announcing the close on the company's blog, that it had 7 full time employees, 16 clients in 2007, and $80,000 in the bank pre-close. More information »
