AdReady Adds Hulu's Kilar To Board

Seattle-based AdReady, a provider of self-serve online display advertising, announced today that it has appointed Jason Kilar to its board of directors. Kilar, AdReady explained, is the chief executive officer of Hulu, a joint venture between News Corp. and NBC Universal that helps television viewers locate the premium programming of their choice. AdReady noted that Kilar previously worked for Amazon.com, where he spent nearly a decade in key management positions, including his final role as senior vice president of the company's Worldwide Application Software business. Founded in 2006, AdReady is a privately held company backed by the Madrona Venture Group.
