Ignition Raises Late Stage Fund

Bellevue, Washington-based venture capital firm Ignition Partners, said today that it has formed a new, late-stage growth fund, Ignition Growth Capital Fund. The firm said that the new fund, capitalized at $275M, will focus on privately negotiated investments in EBITDA positive companies. The majority of the new fund is coming from the firm's existing institutional investors. Ignition also said that it has formed its fourth early stage venture fund, Ignition Venture Partners IV, with $400M in capital.
