Integra Telecom Raises $245M From Private Equity Firm

Portland, Oregon-based Integra Telecom, a provider of voice, data, and Internet communications services, said Wednesday that it has raised $245M from private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Integra said the its major shareholders have signed agreement with Warburg Pincus to invest at least $245M to obtain a substantial equity investment in the firm. According to the firm, Deutsche Bank Securities acted as an advisor to Integra; Morgan Stanley acted as the advisor to Warburg Pincus.
