Chockstone Acquires Peppercoin

Portland, Oregon-based Chockstone said this morning that it has acquired Peppercoin, a provider of merchant loyalty programs and related consulting and analytical services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Waltham, MA. based Peppercoin was venture backed by Total Technology Ventures. Chockstone provides loyalty marketing programs and stored value cards for merchants.
