HipCricket Raises $2M

Bellevue, Washington-based HipCricket, a mobile marketing firm, said today that it has closed a second tranche of Series A funding. The funding brings the company's total to $2M in funding. HipCricket said that the investments came from angel investors, Broadmark Capital, and a European investment group. HipCricket provides mobile marketing services focused on the broadcast community. The firm said that the funding will go towards expanding its offices in Bellevue, Washington, and to address new mobile marketing opportunities. More information »
