iConclude Validates With BMC Remedy

Bellevue, Washington-based iConclude, a provider of software for IT operations, said this week that it has validated its iConclude OpsForce software with BMC and its's Remedy incident management software. iConclude said its product is now available through BMC's MarketZone program, which allows customers to purchase the product directly from BMC. BMC's Remedy system is software used for incident and problem management. iConclude's software is used for automated incident resolution. iConclude is backed by Greylock Partners, Shasta Ventures, and Madrona Venture Group.
