iConclude Signs Wipro

Bellevue, Washington-based iConclude has signed on IT outsourcer Wipro Ltd as as customer, the firm said today. Wipro will use iConclude's OpsForce software for managing its network operations. The deal also calls for Wipro and iConclude to work together on joint selling, customer deployment services, and automation content development. Wipro provides managed IT services for its customers. iConclude is a provider of automated incident resolution software used for managing IT systems, and is backed by Greylock Partners, Shasta Ventures, and Madrona Venture Group.
