uXcomm Adds Open Source Support
Beaverton, Oregon-based uXcomm, a provider of systems management platforms, said today that it is supporting the popular Nagios open source hosting, service, and network monitoring program. uXcomm's XManage products can now be used by Nagios customers to automate systems management of devices under the Nagios framework. uXcomm's software is used to help server, storage, networking, and other device manufactures to develop their own systems management software packages. The firm is backed by Intel Capital, Foundation Capital, and OVP Venture Partners.
