Springbook Software Acquired By Accela

Portland-based Springbook Software, which develops cloud-based financial software for local governments, has been acquired by government software developer Accela, the two said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The acquisition is, in part, being financed by $143.5M in funding recently announced by Accela. Sprinbook's CEO is Steve Rementeria, who took the position in 1998.
