Redfin Snags New Chief Marketing Officer From REI

Seattle-based Redfin, the online real estate brokerage service headed by Glenn Kelman, has snagged Tom Vogl, the former Senior Vice President of Marketing for REI, as its new Chief Marketing Officer. The company announced the hiring on Monday afternoon. Redfin said Vogl will oversee its marketing strategy and communications, public relations, and brand management. Vogl also previously had served at Dell.
