Reaxion, Mobliss Merge

Reaxion Corp. and Mobliss, both Seattle-based publishers of mobile games, said today that the two have merged their companies. According to the firms, they have combined to create PressOK Entertainment. Financial terms of the merger were not announced. Both Reaxion and Mobliss publish mobile entertainment titles. The new firm will be headed by Colin Prior. The companies said that the deal does not include additional VC investment in the firms. Reaxion was venture backed by i-Hatch Ventures.
