PECI Acquired By CLEAResult

Portland, Oregon-based PECI, which manages energy efficiency programs for utility providers, governments, and other clients, has been acquired by fellow energy efficiency operator CLEAResult. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The companies said the asset acquisition deal will help CLEARresult expand its programs across North America. PECI was founded in 1979. The companies said that PECI name and brand will remain separate of CLEAResult and will continue to exist as a nonprofit.
