Mobilisafe Acquired By Rapid7

Seattle-based Mobilisafe, a developer of mobile device management software, has been acquired by Boston-based Rapid7, the companies said Tuesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MobiliSafe develops cloud-based software used to manage mobile devices, monitoring connection history, managing device permissions and policies, handling software updates, and more. Rapid7 is a provider of vulnerability management and other IT security products.
