Mindbloom Acquired By Welltok

Seattle-based Mindbloom, which develops mobile apps in the health area, has been acquired by fellow healthcare software developer Welltok. Venture backed Welltok--which is based in Denver, Colorado--said it would use the acquisition to bolster its mobile, gaming, and consumer engagement expertise. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Mindbloom develops a series of apps for health improvement, including Bloom for inspiration and Life Game for life improvement.
