Lagotek Names New CEO

Bellevue-based Lagotek, the developer of building and home automation and energy management systems, said Tuesday that it has named Phil Herres as the firm's new Chief Executive Officer. Herres takes over from Eugene Luskin, who remains Chairman of the board and Chief Technology Officer. Herres has previously served as COO of Aldus Corporation, and served at ST Labs, Avanti Communications Corporation, and Nortel. He was most recently a strategic consultant to CEOs. Lagotek's commercial and residential energy management technology systems are used to run building automation hardware.
