Knowledge Anywhere Acquires Minnesota Firm

Online instruction specialist Knowledge Anywhere announced Monday that it has acquired corporate e-learning firm Warehouse Intellect. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Based in Minneapolis, Minn., Warehouse Intellect provides enterprise customers with employee training and learning management services. Its clients include Best Buy, General Electric, Ameriprise Financial, Xcel Energy and Denny’s, Knowledge Anywhere said. The company also said Warehouse Intellect will be branded under the Knowledge Anywhere name and that all Warehouse Intellect employees and the Minneapolis location will be retained. Founded in 1998, Knowledge Anywhere is headquartered in Bellevue, Wash.
