Integra Buys opticAccess
Vancouver, Washington-based fiber networking provider Integra announced this morning that it is acquiring opticAccess, a provider of high capacity fiber for the enterprise, domestic, and international carrier market. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Integra said that opticAccess has a 3,500 route mile network which spans from Seattle to San Diego, with the bulk of its metro fiber in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. opticAccess was advised by Bank Street Group LLC in the deal.
