Fluke Networks Acquires AirMagnet

Everett, Washington-based Fluke Networks said Thursday that it is in a definitive agreement to buy AirMagnet a provider of wireless LAN test tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Fluke, the move will help it in the Wi-Fi testing area. Airmagnet is based in Sunnyvale, California.
