Fluke Completes AirMagnet Buy

Everett, Washington-based Fluke Networks, a developer of network installation and testing tools, said Wednesday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of AirMagnet. Fluke had said it would by AirMagnet on August 13th. No financial terms of the acquisition have been disclosed. Fluke said the acquisition would help it strengthen its products in the area of Wi-Fi testing and security.
