Entomo Acquired By E2open

Bellevue, Washington-based Entomo, which had develops software to help manage sales channel incentives, including market development funds (MDF), co-op, and channel rebates, has been acquired by E2open, a supply chain marketplace operator. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Entomo was founded and was led by Sanjoy Chatterji. E2open is based in Austin, Texas.
