DocuSign Names New Board Member

E-signature software developer DocuSign, which has a major presence in Seattle, said on Monday that it has named Maggie Wilderotter, the former CEO of Frontier Communications, to its board of directors. Wilderotter is also no the boards of Costco Wholesale Corporation, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Cadence Design Systems, and serves as an advisor to Blackstone Group and Atairos Private Equity.
