CUI Global Buys Tectrol

Tualatin, Oregon-based CUI Global, a diversified developer of a wide range of technology and other products, said today that it has acquired Tectrol, which designs and manufactures custom power supplies. CUI Global said the deal was worth $5.2M, and includes the assets and usable inventory of Tectrol. Tectrol was based in Canada. The company said the deal will help it expand in the electronics space. CUI Global is led by William Clough.
