Bloom Consulting Sells Off Division

Redmond-based Bloom Consulting and Project Management has sold off one its divisions, its Application Development Division, to Louisiana-based Sparkhound, according to the company. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. Bloom Consluting offers up Windows Azure and other related enterprise application consulting, and is led by Heather Zindel.
