Black Pixel Acquired By Hypergiant

Seattle-based app developer Black Pixel has been acquired by artificial intelligence software developer Hypergiant, the two companies announced this morning. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Hypergiant is based in Austin, Texas. Black Pixel had developed a wide range of apps for mobile phones, and had been known for its NetNewsWire news reader app.
