BidClix Acquired By Accipter

Seattle-based BidClix has been acquired by Accipter Solutions, a North Carolina-based online advertising firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Accipter said that it will keep the BidClix Seattle office to expand its West Coast presence, and that it will hire BidClix employees in sales, business development, and engineering. BidClix provides advertising networks that allow customers to purchase advertising in contextual, targeted channels. BidClix was advised by JMP Securities in the deal.
