Avalara Hires Marketing VP

Bainbridge Island, Wash.-based Avalara, provider of software for sales tax automation, said this morning that it has hired on Bryan Wiggins as its Vice President of Marketing. Wiggins joins the firm from Watson Furniture, where he was Vice President of Marketing Services. Avalara also said that it has appointed Andrea Anderson as the firm's Vice President of Inside Sales and Customer Loyalty; Anderson formerly served in the VP of Marketing role at Avalara. Avalara's software is used to deal with the myriad of sales tax rates and regulations across the U.S., Canada, and other countries.
