TalentSpring Acquired By Talent Technology

Seattle-based TalentSpring said today that it has been sold to Vancouver, B.C.-based Talent Technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The sale had been leaked earlier, but not confirmed by the firm. TalentSpring was venture backed by Second Avenue Partners. TalentSpring operated an online job and resume site.
